After a succesfull buffel buddy run edition,
​we now have a very nice winter edition:

Synchro mountainbike & workouts with your buddy

Location: Sporthal Harelbeke Dageraad
Team: MM, FF, MF
30 teams,  3 heats (Start at 11h / 13h  / 15h )
40 EUR / Team (pay in advance)
One big nice workout with a lot of fun and  with a lot of pain and suffering
Scaling the weights or reps is possible (more info later)
This is an event, not a competition (!)
Showers are available
AFTER drink with food &  drinks, from 16h until...

You don't have a mountainbike? No problem, let us know and we will hire one for you. (More info & prices soon about this service)

Each person needs a mountainbike
